Leadership is not just for CEOs.
As noted professor and author Warren Bennis has said, The most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born--that there is a genetic factor to leadership. This myth asserts that people simply either have certain charismatic qualities or not. That's nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true. Leaders are made rather than born.
At this program, youll learn from technologys leaders how do they define leadership: what it is, how did they develop the skill, and what does it mean to be a leader. More importantly, youll hear concrete examples of leadership at all levels within the organization and leadership in creating innovation, exerting influence, developing new technologies, and building global teams.
Topics include:
One-on-one with Motorola CEO Ed Zander
