Due to unforeseen speaker unavailability, we regret to announce this event has been cancelled.
Dramatic new technology advances could solve more fundamental human problems in the next two decades than have been solved in the last two centuries. Self-driving vehicles to reduce driving-related fatalities; gene-specific treatments to cure intractable diseases, sustainable energy and water systems to conserve resources, and robots to perform dangerous tasks to reduce risk to humans are but a few of the real possibilities that lie ahead.
With increased technological power, accelerated rates of innovation, plus the potential for immense new economic and social gains, comes increased accountability for doing what’s best for humans and the planet. And these innovations raise questions around data privacy and security.
Three forward-looking thought leaders come together at Churchill Club in early 2019 to discuss important opportunities for industry leaders to rethink their purposes, processes and actions in order to thrive and do the right thing in the times ahead: the CEO of an east coast consumer technology standards and trade organization, the head of corporate strategic innovation at one of the biggest networking companies based in Silicon Valley, and an American multinational automaker futurist based in Detroit.
Courtesy of the Consumer Technology Association, attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Gary Shapiro’s acclaimed new book, “Ninja Future: Secrets to Success in the New World of Innovation.”
